Terrible service unless you do it yourself! Not enough tills with people working on them.
Not too big but quite a few shops to browse in plus a big Asda.
Woefully understocked. Had to complete my shopping elsewhere. Staff look at you like they're doing you a favour when you ask where the item off the empty shelf or freezers are. Think I'll just use Tesco instead. Prices are marginally higher but then I can actually do my shopping in one visit.
Very helpful staff. Came in to do a refund with no problems.
Birchwood makes a nice change from Warrington town centre. Plenty of stores inside. Lovely cafe where the food excellent. Good friendly place to relax
